About the Role As a Divisional Director, youll take accountability for the performance and growth of a portfolio of Centres at our flagship Central London site. Youll work at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient experience and commercial performance, ensuring each Centre operates at the highest standard. Acting as a trusted partner to Doctor Partners and Centre Directors, youll help shape strategy while supporting delivery on the ground. Sitting between the Centres and our central functions, youll connect people, insight, and expertise to enable consistent, high-quality performance. Youll bring Centres together to share learning, drive improvement, and scale what works whilst providing leadership that turns strategy into impact. As you embed there is potential for the opportunity to contribute to green site developments, helping launch and grow new Centres as the organisation expands. This is a role for someone who wants to influence how high quality healthcare is delivered at scale, while remaining close to the people and decisions that matter most.
