The Role We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruitment Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within CYP and Mental Health services, with a strong temporary (temp desk) focus. You will take ownership of a busy temp desk, ensuring consistent candidate availability, excellent client service, and high fill rates across ongoing staffing requirements. This is a fast-paced, relationship-led role ideal for someone who enjoys managing daily bookings while developing long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing client accounts within CYP & Mental Health sectors Take full ownership of an active temporary recruitment desk Coordinate daily bookings, placements, and shift coverage efficiently Build and maintain a strong pipeline of compliant temporary candidates Develop trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders Work closely with delivery consultants to ensure high-quality candidate matching Maintain compliance standards aligned with sector regulations Oversee timesheets, contractor engagement, and ongoing client communication Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development Maintain exceptional service delivery in line with our 5-star reputation Provide consultative recruitment advice based on market insight About You Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or healthcare/social care staffing Experience managing or supporting a temporary recruitment desk (highly desirable) Knowledge or interest in CYP and/or Mental Health sectors Strong relationship-building and communication skills Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service What We Offer Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Supportive onboarding and ongoing training Clear career progression pathways Fun, collaborative, and vibrant team culture Regular team incentives, socials, and celebrations Established brand with a trusted 5-star industry reputation Why Join Us?
