Were looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our expanding Engineering Services team in the North West. The role will have overall responsibility for their engineering services projects, reporting on a regular and routine basis to the Contracts Manager/Head of Operations. Manage the engineering services team in delivering a consistent service safely, on time, quality and cost, ensuring clients expectations are met in full and contract performance targets achieved. Key requirements (qualifications and skills) Essential: • 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced procurement team., • Clear indirect category ownership experience., • Greenfield indirect experience across areas such as: fleet, logistics, marketing, FM., • Degree (or equivalent) and/or full CIPS membership (Level 6)., • Strong stakeholder management — able to influence and land change., • Confident running tenders and negotiations end-to-end., • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK. Desirable: • CIPS Ethical Procurement and Supply certificate., • ASCM membership., • Experience in distribution, engineering, or fluid power environments.
