What you will do: Maintain a sparkling clean and safe environment: This means keeping tools, equipment's, work areas sanitized, and ensuring signage is clear and up to date. Recording daily temperature of freezers, chillers, fridges and maintain fish prep areas clean and organized, ensuring optimal storage for delicious seafood. The job requires standing for extended periods and carrying some heavy boxes time to time. You'll handle a variety of tasks to get our seafood ready for our customers including descaling, gutting, filleting, trimming, packing or wrapping with standard or custom requirement by our customers. Display a fish selection on our fish and delicatessen counters ready for sale. Follow food hygiene and health regulations is essential. Training will be provided (if required) Daily check stock and freshness, also informed stock levels.
