What you'll do • Lead the industrial design of world-class physical devices., • Take complex briefs and shape them into simple, elegant, and cohesive design strategies., • Define and drive a compelling physical design language across a diverse product portfolio., • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across engineering, UI/UX, and product management., • Own the full design process - from early concepting and 3D CAD to prototyping and production sign-off., • Champion visual storytelling, using sketching, mock-ups, and presentations to communicate ideas with clarity and impact., • Mentor and guide other designers, consistently raising standards across the industrial design team.What you'll bring, • A strategic mindset - able to zoom out, frame the right questions, and bring forward simple, coherent solutions., • Significant hands on experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio of shipped products., • Exceptional communication skills - comfortable explaining ideas verbally and through visual storytelling., • Expertise in 3D CAD (SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar), KeyShot, Adobe CC, and physical prototyping., • Strong understanding of CMF, DFM, and high-volume manufacturing techniques., • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints., • A collaborative and curious attitude - thrives in team settings and brings energy to creative problem-solving.Team overview The Group Industrial Design team at Sky spends every day creating world-class customer products and experiences across the Group Product portfolio.
