The Role: This is a unique position, created specifically for this team, making it an incredibly exciting opportunity for the right person. As the Studio Operations Manager, you will sit at the centre of four divisions within the department, working closely with the manager of each team. Your focus will be on organisation, delivery, engagement, and support, ensuring that teams remain aligned, productive, and well-equipped to achieve their objectives. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving, identifying potential bottlenecks before they arise and ensuring projects, people, and priorities stay on track. What You'll Need to Succeed: Exceptional Organisation Skills Organisation will be critical in this role. You'll be managing multiple priorities simultaneously and will need the ability to anticipate challenges, coordinate activities, and keep projects progressing smoothly. Outstanding Relationship Building You'll be a natural people person who enjoys supporting and developing others. You'll take the time to understand challenges, identify solutions, and provide support where it's needed most. Strong Supplier Management You'll build effective relationships with suppliers and external partners, negotiating where appropriate and ensuring the department has everything it needs to operate successfully. First-Class Administration Skills You'll stay ahead of the detail, whether that's managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, organising meetings and events, tracking holiday schedules, or ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly. More Than Just Operations While the role may sound broad, it is far more than a traditional administration position. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the department operates like a well-oiled machine. You'll help drive projects across the finish line, support managers in prioritising workloads, coordinate resources, and ensure key initiatives receive the focus and attention they deserve. About You - To be successful in this role, you'll have: • Previous experience managing, supporting, or coordinating people and teams, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Strong project, event, or operational coordination experience, • The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, • A positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach, • A genuine passion for helping teams succeed You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working alongside ambitious, hardworking people who share a strong team ethic. Please note that this position is office-based, five days per week. Flexibility around start and finish times is available, but a daily office presence is essential due to the collaborative nature of the role.
