We streamline the recruitment process, assist with Student Finance applications, and guide candidates step by step from enquiry to enrolment. We are expanding our footprint across the UK and are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our team as Freelance Student Recruitment Consultants. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Provide a high level of customer service to prospective and current students, building strong and trusting relationships. Guide students through the entire admissions process, from application submission to enrolment. Implement effective strategies to increase the conversion rate of prospective students to successful enrolments. Engage with local communities, schools, and networks to build awareness and attract candidates. Represent MC Study Ltd at relevant events, online campaigns, and promotional activities. Create content, record videos, and promote MC Study on social media platforms. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate should have: No restriction on working hours Access to a laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection Ability to start immediately Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships Excellent attention to detail and professional phone manners Very good level of spoken and written English Hunger for learning and self-development Motivation to succeed and earn uncapped commissions DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Sales experience Recruitment experience Customer Service experience BENEFITS Full training provided Uncapped commission (up to £1,000 per student) Mentoring and coaching support Remote & flexible work – manage your own schedule
