The Regional Junior Sales Associate (JA) will provide support and assistance to the Regional Sales Associate team throughout the year, particularly during high volume periods. The JA will be responsible for helping members of the team with administrative tasks and help deal with requests from our Private Clients Directors. The Opportunity: As part of the firm's in-house translation team, you will provide translation services to internal clients across Sales, Service, Research, Content, Marketing, Legal and Compliance, and others. The Opportunity: The Paraplanner under Fisher Investments Europe's UK New Business team analyses prospective client portfolios to provide regulated advice on areas such as pension transfers, bond surrenders, investment taxation and structure suitability. Role Description This full-time Field Service Engineer role is based in central London. You will be assigned a specific area to manage, as we believe that getting to know your clients is the most important factor in delivering great service. Your area will predominantly consist of countertop and floor-standing coffee machines, so experience in this category is required. Working with the wider Service Desk and Technical team, you will be visiting sites to conduct PPM, breakdown calls courtesy visits. As we continue to grow, you will also assist in the installation of machines at new sites. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Maintenance: • Install and set up new vending machines at customer sites, ensuring they are fully operational and meet all safety and operational standards, • Planned preventative maintenance visits across your set area to reduce future breakdown calls, • Reactive breakdown calls, responding within the agreed SLA for each client Troubleshooting & Repairs: • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on vending machines, including electrical, mechanical, and software issues, • Identify and order necessary spare parts to resolve problems quickly and efficiently Customer Interaction: • Provide on-site support to clients, explaining machine operations and answering any technical queries, • Maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a professional and helpful approach at all times Technical Documentation & Reporting: • Complete service reports detailing work completed and any follow-up actions required, • Maintain accurate records of service visits, machine status, and parts usage Requirements: • Previous experience in a field service engineer role, preferably within the vending, coffee machines, or related industries, • Strong technical knowledge of vending machine operations, including electrical and mechanical systems, • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. Qualifications: • A relevant technical qualification (e.g., electrical, mechanical, or engineering qualifications) is desirable, • Full UK driving license (No more than 6 points)., • Previous experience working with vending machines, coffee equipment, or similar systems. Examples include Cimbali, WMF, Coffetek and Evoca machines, • Knowledge of vending machine software and remote monitoring systems.
