We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our growing team and help keep our operations running as smoothly as our solar panels. The Role As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will ensure that our office environment is efficient, welcoming, and aligned with our sustainability values. You will handle everything from administrative tasks and vendor management to supporting our project teams and maintaining our green office standards. Key Responsibilities • Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensuring the workspace is organized and functional., • Sustainability Initiatives: Spearhead office sustainability efforts (waste reduction, recycling programs, energy conservation) to align with EasyGreen’s core values., • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence., • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for office services (cleaning, IT, utilities) and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness., • HR Support: Assist with onboarding new hires, maintaining employee records, and coordinating company events and team-building activities., • Project Coordination: Support project managers with documentation, filing, and client communication as needed., • Financial Admin: Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking. Qualifications & Skills • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role., • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask., • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)., • Passion: A genuine interest in sustainability and eco-friendly living is a must!, • Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
