About the Role In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will lead and manage high-quality SEN provision across the classroom, including 1:1 sessions, small group interventions and differentiated learning approaches. You will oversee and deploy support staff effectively, ensuring the impact of SEN provision is monitored, evaluated and shared with SLT and governors. Working closely with external professionals, you will help secure the best outcomes for our learners, while also delivering staff INSET on Individual Needs and keeping the whole team up to date with the latest SEND developments and legislation. Alongside this, you will teach lessons within your specialist subject, allowing you to engage with larger groups and share your expertise more widely. Groveside School is a Brand-New Special Educational Needs School for Pupils 7 - 16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs. Our school opened in September 2024 and will cater for 60 pupils.
