To undertake other duties commensurate with the nature, level of responsibility and grading of this post, as required. Knowledge: Educated to A level/ level 3 in an IT related subject. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel). In depth knowledge of Internet Explorer and ORACLE (or equivalent HR database). Understanding the importance of confidentiality and sensitive data Experience: Experience of working in a HR environment. Experience of creating management reports from statistical information. Evidence of past employment that required attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines. Key Skills: Proven ability to enter information accurately using appropriate IT systems. Proven ability to retrieve and analyse statistical information and present clearly and concisely. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver excellent customer service within a working environment. Proven ability to manage high process driven workloads in accordance with strict deadlines.
