About You • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport or logistics management., • Strong experience working within a unionised, 24/7 operational environment., • Commercially aware with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management., • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills., • International CPC (essential)., • Degree or equivalent preferred., • IOSH/HACCP desirable.
