Service Desk Analyst We’re looking for an entry-level Technical Support Engineer to join a growing technical operations team supporting business customers with connectivity, telephony and IT services. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a technical degree looking for their first role in the industry. Responsibilities: • Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems, • Troubleshoot basic networking, connectivity and IT issues, • Log and manage support tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolution, • Escalate more complex issues to senior engineers, • Maintain accurate documentation and internal notes, • Work on-site with the team 5 days per week Requirements: • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications or similar, • Strong interest in technology and problem solving, • Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, routers, broadband, VoIP etc.), • Good communication skills and willingness to learn, • Able to work on-site full-time (access to a car is highly desirable) Location: Near Bath Working pattern: On-site, Monday to Friday (5 days per week) Salary: £28,000 + benefits This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a career in IT, networking or telecoms within a supportive team environment.
