It uses a proprietary blend of neuroscience and skincare to combat "emotional skin aging" reversing the visible impacts of stress, fatigue and sadness on the skin while actively boosting emotional well-being. The Role As Counter Manager, you will be the brand ambassador for Neuraé at Harrods, responsible for driving sales, delivering outstanding client experience, and building a highly motivated, high-performing team. You will: • Drive sales performance, KPIs, and conversion through luxury service and product expertise, • Deliver exceptional 1-to-1 client consultations and host in-store events and masterclasses, • Build long-term relationships with Harrods stakeholders and loyal clients, • Ensure flawless counter presentation, stock management, and operational excellence, • Represent the values, philosophy, and vision of Neuraé at all times About You You are: • An experienced Counter Manager or Senior Consultant from a luxury beauty and skincare background, • Commercially driven, confident with targets and performance management, • A natural leader who inspires, coaches, and motivates others, • Passionate about skincare, wellbeing, and elevated client service, • Professional, and comfortable working in a high-profile luxury environment, • Experienced with skincare, • Experienced in department store retail (Harrods experience is a strong advantage), • Beauty Therapy NVQ2 would be a plus Why Join Neuraé? • Be part of an exceptional launch of a new luxury skincare brand, • Work with the heritage, expertise, and innovation of Sisley, • Opportunity to build a new brand business in Harrods, a leading Department store, and grow with the brand, • Ongoing training and development
