About the role As an Account Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day running of campaigns and client relationships across a mix of exciting brands. You’ll get hands-on experience working across media planning and buying, campaign delivery, and creative strategy, learning directly from senior team members and gaining exposure to every stage of the process. Reporting to an Account Manager, you’ll help bring campaigns to life and play a key role in the future of a growing agency. This role is ideal for someone proactive, ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to build a career in marketing and advertising within a fast-paced, integrated environment. You’ll work closely with Board-level colleagues, gaining exposure and insight into high-level decision-making early on in your career. Work Environment We embrace a hybrid working model with flexible hours. Expect to spend about 10 days per month collaborating in our shared workspace in central London. Any changes to this arrangement will be communicated well in advance. What you’ll be doing • Conduct desk research into clients’ markets, competitors, and target audiences using media platforms and insight tools., • Stay curious and plugged in to media and culture, bringing in fresh thinking, diverse perspectives and bold ideas to push client work forward., • Support the development of media plans and campaign presentations with clear, insightful and well-designed slides., • Assist in managing live campaigns, liaising with media partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and learning how to optimise for results., • Sit in on client calls and meetings, learning how to communicate clearly and with purpose, and taking ownership of meeting notes and follow-ups., • Build early relationships with media owners, joining weekly sessions to learn about the landscape and share new ideas with the team., • Help pull together post-campaign reports and insights, learning how to measure performance and spot opportunities for improvement., • Contribute to internal projects and pitches, bringing energy, ideas and a fresh perspective., • As a startup, no two days are the same. You’ll get stuck in and have real impact from day one., • You won’t be expected to know it all, that's our job. We’ll teach you the tools, the terminology and the thinking behind the work. You’ll have regular 1:1s, honest feedback and the freedom to ask any question (seriously, there’s no such thing as a stupid one here). Requirements • A recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience, eager to kick-start their career in media, advertising, or communications., • A self-starter with a positive attitude, ready to learn, grow and take ownership early., • A genuine interest in media, culture and creativity. Whether you love TikTok trends, dive into the FT or spend weekends binging boxsets, we want to hear all about it., • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to share ideas in a collaborative environment., • A sharp eye for detail and the ability to stay focused when things get busy., • Comfortable with Google Office or Microsoft tools, • Proficient on both PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets. Keen to develop analytical skills and ability to utilise both applications as efficiently as possible., • Open to feedback and a mindset focused on progress, not perfection.
