Job Title: Plumber Multi TraderLocation: Bristol, Cardiff and Oxford Salary: £38,000per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card Overview\n We are currently seeking an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Swindon and the surrounding areas. \n This is a mobile role covering Swindon, Salisbury, Gloucester, Witney, Banbury and Bicester, therefore candidates must be comfortable travelling between properties throughout the working day. Key Responsibilities\n\n • Carrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.\n, • Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems.\n, • Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.\n, • Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including basic carpentry, tiling, patch plastering and decorating where required.\n, • Diagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.\n, • Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.\n, • Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents' homes.\n, • Managing your own workload and completing jobs within agreed timescales.\n, • Taking ownership of jobs from first visit through to completion.\nWe're Looking For People Who:\n\n, • Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.\n, • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.\n, • Complete jobs right first time.\n, • Work professionally and safely.\n, • Communicate effectively with tenants and office-based teams.\n, • Support and mentor other operatives when required.\n, • Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.\n, • Respect company vehicles, materials and equipment.\n, • Represent the business professionally every day.\nSuccessful Applicants Will Be Expected To:\n\n, • Maintain excellent quality inspection scores.\n, • Demonstrate outstanding reliability and timekeeping.\n, • Use PDA and mobile technology systems correctly.\n, • Work independently with minimal supervision.\n, • Take ownership and responsibility for all allocated jobs.\nExperience & Requirements\n Applicants must have: \n\n • Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).\n, • Proven experience within social housing reactive maintenance.\n, • Strong plumbing experience with the ability to undertake additional multi-trade repairs.\n, • Experience working within occupied properties.\n, • Strong communication and customer service skills.\n, • Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.\n, • Full UK manual driving licence (no automatic vans available).\nWhat's On Offer\n\n, • Company van and fuel card.\n, • Permanent, full-time position.\n, • Consistent workload with long-term job security.\n, • Supportive and professional working environment.\n, • Opportunity to utilise a broad range of trade skills.\n\n If you're interested in this opportunity or would like to find out more, please contact Sommer on .
