You’ll lead the charge in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and technical support—ensuring our fleet runs smoothly and safely across the network. Your work will directly contribute to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers. What You’ll Be Doing Maintenance & Engineering Excellence Deliver high-quality, compliant maintenance of rail assets in line with industry standards. Complete detailed maintenance records and documentation with precision. Execute modifications and repairs using approved instructions and procedures. Provide on-call support and attend out-of-course incidents to offer expert technical advice and repairs. Safety & Compliance Champion safety by adhering to all notices, bulletins, rules, and regulations. Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards and safe systems of work. Undertake Designated Person duties when requested. Systems & Procedures Operate within the framework of Engineering Procedures including Maximo, MOW, COSHH, and Depot Protection.
