In the café, you will deliver excellent customer service, take orders, prepare drinks and simple food items, operate the till, answer customer enquiries, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests of all ages. The role also involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation across both the studio and café, clearing and resetting tables, washing tools, following health and safety procedures, and keeping equipment and public areas tidy. You will help with inventory by restocking paints, pottery materials, café supplies, and cleaning products, rotating stock, and reporting when items need reordering. Additional duties include unboxing and pricing new stock, packaging completed pottery for collection, taking phone bookings, and supporting the team during busy periods.
