Key Responsibilities • Sales & Floor Leadership: Support the delivery of commercial KPI’s by leading from the front on the shop floor, using product knowledge and commercial awareness to help achieve daily targets and provide a positive customer experience., • Commercial KPIs: Contribute to the achievement of ATV, UPT, and conversion by delivering service excellence., • Customer Experience: Ensure every customer experiences the Moss Way, with Spirit, Moss Moments, and Moss Confidence evident in every interaction., • Team Support: Work closely with the Team Leader and management team to support the efficiency of each shift. Act as a positive role model, providing direction, feedback and support throughout the day to team members., • Operational Excellence: Take responsibility for key daily tasks such as opening and closing the store, stock processes and maintaining store standards., • Change & Adaptability: Stay flexible and responsive to the needs of the store and the management team as required. Measures of Success • Personal KPI targets achieved (ATV, UPT, productivity)., • Recognition as a proactive Key Holder who lives Moss Spirit and drives the Keystone Habit., • Compliance and operational tasks completely accurately and efficiently., • Positive team engagement., • Smooth adoption of change initiatives. What You’ll Need to Succeed • A passion for delivering exceptional service and demonstrates the Moss Spirit - authentic, passionate, caring, and confident., • Comfortable to approach customers, start conversations and help with their needs., • Shows a passion to learn about product, styling and commercial priorities, with a curiosity for both formalwear and casualwear trends. Experience Needed • Experience in a customer facing role, but this does not need to be from Retail. Most importantly a positive attitude and willingness to learn and most importantly a curiosity around the Moss brand and spirit.
