Key Responsibilities • Provide personal care in line with individual care plans, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming., • Support service users with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication prompting, and household tasks., • Promote independence and empower individuals to maintain control over their lives., • Accurately complete care records and documentation in line with company policies and regulatory requirements., • Identify and report changes in health, wellbeing, or risks to senior staff promptly., • Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns in line with company and local authority guidelines., • Adhere to health and safety, infection prevention and control, and moving and handling procedures., • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure continuity of care., • Represent Top-Notch Healthcare Services professionally at all times. Requirements • Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary care experience desirable)., • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle (essential)., • Right to work in the UK., • Good written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care., • Willingness to undertake mandatory training and continuous professional development.
