Shift pattern 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, 8am - 8pm This is a rewarding frontline role supporting women and families in a safe, supportive environment.The role: You will be working across multiple refuge settings in the Cardiff area as a Refuge Support Worker, supporting residents with day-to-day needs, ensuring their safety, and helping them move towards independence.
