The role You’ll be responsible for your own caseload of clinical negligence matters, dealing with a wide variety of cases from initial instruction through to resolution. This includes drafting witness statements, reviewing medical reports, preparing pleadings, and instructing Counsel. You’ll also have the chance to work closely with senior solicitors on complex and sensitive claims, giving you exposure to challenging, high-value cases. Beyond casework, you’ll be part of a collaborative department where knowledge sharing and team support are central. You may also take on supervisory responsibilities, helping to guide junior fee earners as they progress in their careers.
