    Door Supervisor – Permanent Restaurant Site, Oxford Location: Oxford, OX1 3AA Pay: £13.00 per hour PAYE Hours: Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 9:00pm–2:00am Contract: Permanent site / Zero-hours contract GO4GOLDFM LTD is recruiting a professional and reliable SIA Licensed Door Supervisor to work at a permanent restaurant site in Oxford, OX1 3AA. The successful candidate will work Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 9:00pm to 2:00am. This is a customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident when dealing with members of the public. Main Duties • Maintain a professional security presence at the restaurant., • Monitor customers entering and leaving the premises., • Provide excellent customer service to customers and restaurant staff., • Manage queues and assist with maintaining an orderly environment., • Identify and manage potential conflict using appropriate de-escalation techniques., • Deal professionally with challenging or disruptive behaviour., • Assist restaurant management with closing procedures where required., • Monitor the immediate area and help prevent antisocial behaviour., • Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies., • Complete accurate incident reports when required., • Follow site assignment instructions, company procedures and Health & Safety requirements., • Liaise with restaurant management, emergency services and company management when necessary. Essential Requirements Applicants must: • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor licence., • Have the legal right to work in the UK., • Be available to work every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9pm–2am., • Be punctual, reliable and professional., • Have good communication and customer-service skills., • Be confident in conflict management and de-escalation., • Maintain a smart and professional appearance., • Be able to work responsibly with minimal supervision., • Be willing to complete company screening and vetting requirements. Previous experience working in restaurants, hospitality, licensed premises or customer-facing security would be an advantage. Pay rate: £13.00 per hour PAYE.
