The role will map out and define an optimal market led trading calendar that links across all business functions. Ensuring competitiveness and commerciality of trading events to ensure revenue, profit and sell through targets are achieved. Responsibilities & Duties • Devising and driving trading, marketing and merchandising strategies, in close collaboration with planning, marketing and wider ecommerce teams, to achieve and exceed targets for our third-party websites, • Responsible for selecting and the day-to-day trading of our websites and third-party websites, • Compiling accurate daily, weekly, and seasonal reports on trading performance including product categories and ranges, and helping to identify trends and opportunities, • Your data driven approach ensures you are able to identify opportunities to optimise performance and succinctly provide insight and performance reviews; identifying trade risks and opportunities, • Successful and timely seasonal product launches on our websites and third-party websites, managing the product critical path, • Coordinating and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product data and descriptions are accurate, consistent and aligned to partner requirements, • Complete regular QA checks of third-party catalogues, reviewing and optimising categorisation, product pages and brand shop to increase traffic, product ranking and product conversion, • Implement promotions, sale and seasonal marketing campaigns throughout the year across all channels, • Developing strong collaborative relationships across all departments especially Ecommerce, Marketing and Product Teams, • Customer-focused knowledge of US, UK & International online markets and be able to identify and present potential new opportunities, • Benchmarking against competitors and bringing new ideas, • Help to define the in-season trading calendar, pricing strategy, channel strategy and localisation. The Role We’re looking for a passionate and experienced UK based GP to join FUTURE WOMAN as our part-time Medical Director and lead our newly launched bHRT clinic. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of women’s hormone health in the UK. You’ll be the face of our bHRT clinic, responsible for clinical oversight, prescribing bHRT, building and leading a growing medical team, and building awareness about our services by sharing your expertise in podcasts, social content and more. This role is part-time, remote and can fit flexibly around your other commitments. Reporting directly into the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for operationally supporting them to maximise revenue across our high growth Rest of World ecommerce markets, which include Germany, Australia, Middle East, France and Canada. Also additionally supporting operational ecommerce activity in other markets as required. Responsibilities: • Support daily e-commerce operations and trading plans across markets as directed, • In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and Ecommerce Content/Merchandising maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy across markets and languages as directed., • Manage product launches and ensure timely, accurate on-site execution, again in collaboration with the Ecommerce Manager and other members of the E-commerce team, • In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and UX/CRO Manager regularly audit sites to improve UX, searchability, categorisation, and discoverability, • In partnership with the E-commerce Manager and Data Analyst provide regular trading KPI reports and insights to increase e-commerce revenue performance Qualifications / skillset: • Fluent German speaker, • Pragmatic with a commercial mindset, • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including Creative, Ecommerce and Technical Development, • Proven 2 years prior experience in an ecommerce or digital role, and working with European/multi-language markets is highly desirable, • Hands-on experience with CMS/ecommerce platforms – ideally with custom/bespoke (i.e non-Salesforce or Shopify) platforms, • Experience working with ecommerce merchandising tools such as Algolia is highly desirable, • Excellent with tools like Google Analytics and Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas), • Highly organised, analytical, and solutions-focused with excellent attention to detail
