About the Role You will support primary-aged pupils who may have additional learning needs, developmental delays, or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. The role focuses on helping children build confidence, regulate emotions, engage in learning, and develop key literacy, numeracy, and social skills. Primary settings particularly value graduates for their creativity, communication skills, patience, and ability to model positive learning behaviours.
