Electrical Training OfficerLocation: Home-based with travel across the Medway areaSalary: Up to £39,250 (depending on experience)Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per weekThe Opportunity Are you an experienced electrician looking for a new challenge away from the tools? Or already working as an Electrical Assessor, Trainer or Training Officer and looking for a fresh opportunity? This role is ideal for both: • Qualified electricians wanting to transition off the tools, • Existing trainers/assessors You'll play a key role in developing the next generation of electricians - supporting apprentices throughout their journey, from onboarding through to End Point Assessment.What You'll Be Doing As an Electrical Training Officer / Apprenticeship Coach, you'll manage a caseload of electrical apprentices and support them through their learning journey.
