Business Development Representative (BDR) Company: Online Lubricants Location: Hybrid – work from home 2/3 days a week. Office location: Waltham Abbey. Type: Full-time, Monday – Friday Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 basic + Commission We’re a fast-growing oil supplier serving businesses that rely on high-quality lubricants to keep their operations running smoothly. Our customers range from workshops and fleets to large industrial operations — and demand is growing fast. About the Role We’re looking for a driven, confident, and commercially minded Business Development Representative to help accelerate our growth. This is a front-line sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, building relationships, and fueling our sales pipeline. If you’re someone who loves the thrill of opening doors, starting conversations, and turning prospects into long-term customers — you’ll fit right in.
