Sous Chef - Southampton About Us Part of the award-winning Harbour Hotels collection, Southampton Harbour Hotel is a five-star, design-led property located in Ocean Village. Alongside our destination restaurant The Jetty and HarBAR on 6th, we operate a busy and well-established Meetings & Events business, delivering weddings, conferences and private events year-round. The Role We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support the leadership of our Meetings & Events kitchen. This is a high-volume, fast-paced operation where consistency, organisation and strong teamwork are key. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a central role in delivering events to a high standard while supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
