We are in an exciting period of growth and it’s important for us to hire the right people to play a pivotal role in shaping how the business continues its success Supply Chain Manager We are seeking an organised, detail-oriented and Supply Chain Manager to support the business, as we scale to £10m in Revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the end-to-end supply chain, from supplier relationships and procurement to production planning, stock management and distribution. The role requires strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance cost efficiency with excellent service levels, reporting directly to the Co-founders. We are looking for somebody with entrepreneurial spirit, keen to develop and grow, whilst showing an interest in all aspects of the business. This is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be in the office up to 3 times per week (depending on location). We will need you to bring energy, lots of ambition, creativity, be a good communicator and above all, we like to hire people who are driven to be a part of something unique. What you will be doing: Procurement & Supplier Management · Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers of raw materials, packaging, and logistics. Managing all stock levels through the utilising of auto-reporting. · Ensure quality, reliability, and value for money from suppliers. · Monitor supplier performance and contracts · Create a supplier onboarding process to ensure the supplier meets the required standards. · Work with our food technical team to ensure the supplier has satisfactory sourcing practices to help validate we are procuring a safe product. · Build a folder of the necessary documentation required to onboard and satisfy quickly and efficiently. Production & Inventory Planning · Create accurate demand forecasts in line with sales and marketing activity. · Develop production schedules to ensure consistent product availability. · Monitor stock levels to maintain optimum inventory without overstocking. Logistics & Distribution · Manage relationships with 3PLs, distributors, and freight providers. · Ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery to customers (UK & export). · Oversee customs, compliance, and documentation for international shipments. Process & Systems Development · Implement and improve supply chain systems, processes, and KPIs to support scaling. · Introduce best practice in planning, reporting, and supply chain visibility. · Support digital transformation and ERP system integration where required. Leadership & Collaboration · Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain with business goals. · We expect the department to grow, envisioning this person to take on management responsibility. · Contribute strategically to business planning and growth initiatives. Skills & Experience · Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager (preferably within FMCG, drinks, or food). · Strong knowledge of procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management. · Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. · Data-driven with strong analytical and forecasting abilities. · Familiarity with ERP / MRP systems and supply chain reporting tools. · Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced, scaling environment. · Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
