An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a leading international law firm. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value transactions alongside a highly regarded team with a strong reputation in corporate M&A, private equity, and joint ventures. The successful candidate will gain exposure to both domestic and cross-border matters, acting for major corporates, financial institutions, and private equity houses. Responsibilities: • Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and reorganisations, • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key transaction documents, • Managing transactions from inception to completion with partner supervision, • Liaising with clients and other advisors to deliver efficient, commercial legal solutions, • Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management, • Mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate Qualifications: • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1–4 years’ PQE in corporate law., • Strong academic background and experience gained at a reputable national or international firm, • Proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions, • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, • Commercial mindset with strong client-handling ability and attention to detail Please note: applicants must be qualified to practise in England & Wales.
