We're Hiring: Business Development & Account Manager – Energy Solutions | MSP Location: UK (with travel as required) Type: Full-time | Permanent Sector: Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Telecoms, Commercial Real Estate Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial growth in the energy sector? MSP is looking for a Business Development & Account Manager to lead our expansion across industrial, commercial, telecom, and institutional markets. What You’ll Do • Identify and secure new business opportunities across key sectors., • Build long-term relationships with clients including data centres, industrial parks, and telecom operators., • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored multi-source power solutions (solar, battery, diesel, grid)., • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract management. You’ll collaborate closely with: • Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Legal & Operations teams., • 5–7 years’ experience in business development or strategic sales, ideally in energy, infrastructure, or technology., • Proven success in securing high-value B2B contracts., • Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills., • Full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months, max 6 points)., • Legal right to work in the UK (DBS check required). Qualifications Essential: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Economics, or related field., • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc) or certifications (PMP, CEM).
