We are looking for a Comboman who can do more than just body work for a busy auto body and collision shop in Forest Hills, Queens, NY. Skills and responsibilities include:
Experience is required and the potential candidate must show off his skills before getting hired, salary is commensurate upon skills. Additionally, this will be a full time position for the right person. The position is initially for a contractor that we can call the day (or two) before to come and work in the shop.
- Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner and maintains tools and equipment.
- Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.Prepares vehicles for body repair work.
- Complies with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials.
