Job Description General Description The AP Specialist will be responsible for A/P, Administrative tasks for Advantage Behavioral Health Services II and all subsidiary companies. Tasks & Responsibilities • A. Essential Duties, • Sage Intacct & ADP functions, • A/P: maintain AP email address, maintain vendor records, review and record invoices for accuracy, obtain necessary approvals for invoice payment, prepare vendor payments via ACH or check, • Credit card coding and reconciliation, • Prepare 1099, • Assist in month-end & year-end closing, • Client rent invoicing / management via PayPal, depositing cash that is received, • Maintain accounting filing system., • B. Additional Duties, • Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department., • As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly., • C. Qualifications • Education:, • High school diploma or equivalent required, • Associate’s degree preferred, • Experience:, • 2+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable and experience in accounting software required., • Experience in HRM or payroll systems is required., • Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles, • Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
