Job DescriptionProduction Associate – First Shift Pay Rate: $18.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM About the Role Looking for a steady, hands-on job with a consistent schedule? Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work plays a critical role in daily production operations. As a Production Associate, you’ll handle finished cardboard products directly off production lines—keeping materials flowing and ensuring quality standards are met. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who prefer straightforward tasks, structured routines, and a clean, safety-focused environment. What You’ll Do • Safely remove finished cardboard boxes from production machines, • Fold, stack, and organize products according to quality standards, • Move finished goods to designated warehouse or staging areas, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, • Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines, • Stand for the duration of your shift while bending, lifting, and stacking materials, • Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily production goals, • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly, • At least 1 year of warehouse experience, • At least 1 year of machine operation experience, • Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse setting, • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stack throughout the entire shift, • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic, • Packaging, assembly, or general production work, • Folding and stacking cardboard or similar materials, • Working with the back end of production equipment, • Experience with paper or corrugated products, • Willingness to learn and grow within the companyWhy You’ll Like Working Here, • Consistent first-shift schedule with no nights or weekends, • Clean, climate-controlled facility, • Strong safety culture with an excellent track record, • Easy-to-learn, repetitive tasks with clear expectations, • Opportunities for advancement after six months, • Optional overtime for additional earnings, • Employee appreciation events and holiday observances Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
