Job DescriptionPrimary Job Title: TSS Cloud EngineerAlternate/Related Job Titles: • Microsoft Cloud Systems Engineer, • Azure & O365 Systems Administrator, • Position Type: Contract to Hire, • Contract Duration: 12 months, • Start: As Soon As PossibleJob Summary:The TSS Cloud Engineer will play a key role in supporting, designing, and implementing enterprise-scale Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Active Directory environments. This role involves managing complex migrations, maintaining multi-domain infrastructures, and leading initiatives to strengthen enterprise security, identity management, and domain integrity.Key Responsibilities:, • Work as part of a highly technical engineering team to implement and support infrastructure solutions., • Manage and coordinate implementation of proposed technical solutions., • Oversee and support MS Exchange and Office 365 environments, ensuring stability and optimal performance., • Design, engineer, document, and implement distributed enterprise server environments., • Troubleshoot issues across AD, DNS, DHCP, and security in large multi-domain settings., • Lead domain migrations involving users, computers, mailboxes, and authentication trusts., • Present findings and updates to executives and cross-functional teams., • Evaluate emerging technologies for potential organizational use., • Mentor and cross-train support technicians and helpdesk personnel on new implementations., • Manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision., • Perform as technical lead on projects and initiatives., • Ensure documentation and support manuals are accurate and comprehensive., • Support mergers and acquisitions integrations from a systems perspective., • Other duties as assigned by management.Required Experience:, • 5+ years supporting Microsoft Exchange / Office 365., • 5+ years administering Active Directory, including domain management and FSMO roles., • 2+ years supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure and ADFS., • Proficiency in Exchange/O365 upgrades, migrations, and hybrid environment troubleshooting., • Strong background in Windows Security in large, multi-domain environments., • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Identity Management (MIM) and Azure B2B.Nice-to-Have Experience:, • MSCE certification., • Experience designing and engineering enterprise-level infrastructure solutions., • Exposure to multi-tenant identity management., • Experience writing business correspondence and procedural documentation.Required Skills:, • Microsoft Exchange / Office 365 Administration, • Active Directory & Azure Identity Management, • Domain Migration & Hybrid Environment TroubleshootingPreferred Skills:, • Azure AD Connect and ADFS Integration, • PowerShell Scripting and Automation, • Windows Server Security, • MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager), • O365 Hybrid ConfigurationAdditional Skills:, • DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting, • Enterprise system design and engineering, • Report writing and documentation, • Technical leadership and mentoringBenefits:, • Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans, • 401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:A leading North American pest control company with over 100 years of experience, offering essential pest management services for homes and businesses.
