Job Description Our customer is seeking a motivated New Accounts Supervisor to lead the team in acquiring, onboarding, and establishing lasting relationships with new clients. This role involves managing the full cycle of new account creation, from initial contact through to onboarding and beyond, ensuring a seamless experience for each new customer. You will be responsible for being an example of the role to all Account Specialists, ensuring efficient workflow, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet client needs and business objectives. Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Outside business development approximately 10 hours per week to obtain new business accounts. Client Onboarding: Oversee all of the stages of client onboarding, ensuring all documentation and setup processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Compliance, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth transitions for new clients and meet organizational goals. Education: Some college preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience: 3-5 years in banking account management or banking sales. Skills Ability to increase sales in business accounts and develop new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in banking computer platforms.
