Job Description Title: Employee Engagement and Benefits Manager Supervisor: VP of Human Resources and Risk Management Salary: $63,000 – $66,000 annually Status: Exempt, 40 hours per week Location: 29 North Hamilton St Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 Function: This position reports directly to the Vice President for HR and Risk Management. The Employee Engagement and Benefits Manager is responsible for administering employee benefits in all agency operations. This position provides exceptional guidance and assistance to all employees on various employee benefit plans. Additionally, the Employee Engagement and Benefits Manager will develop strategies to improve engagement, and manage programs designed to enhance FSI’s culture as well as promote longevity and engagement among team members, including but not limited to the areas of, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment that supports everyone's right to thrive. Will work closely with all departments, leadership, and employees in the agency.
