Job Description Summary: As an integral member of the Data Management Team (DMT), the Data Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of program databases. Reporting directly to the Data Manager and the Assistant Data Manager, with additional guidance from the Borough Director, the Data Coordinator is responsible for tracking program discrepancies, managing databases, and identifying data trends that impact program outcomes. Support Program Managers by providing data insights, analysis, and troubleshooting assistance as needed. * Support & Training: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to site-level Data Specialists.
