You will be working in our distribution center with a top-notch automation system - We are fulfilling thousands of e-commerce orders daily all across the US from our facility in NJ. You will be a key actor of a talented and dedicated team with experience managing operations and automation. You are responsible for: 1. Maintenance/ Automation • Ensure the operational efficiency of all the automation and mechanical systems: good to person picking, robotic arms, sortation system, conveyor, printers. You are making a huge impact on the results of the facility by reaching the targeted KPIs of the automation., • Supervise, train, and coordinate employees of the maintenance department, • Completion of repairs and maintenance in common areas and building interior and exteriors as needed, • Accountable for annual repair and maintenance budgets., • Develops, manages, and continuously improves functional infrastructure such as:, • Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance Program, • Maintenance work order process, • Maintenance inventory management and control processes, • Skills development and training programs, • Departmental metrics, • Maintenance training and mandatory usage, • Coordinate outside service, i.e., electrical, mechanical, and trades contractors., • Identifies, justifies, and implements sustainability-focused improvements to the facility and warehouse processes. 2. Health and safety of the warehouse employees • Implement workplace safety/security policies and standards within the warehouse, Raises awareness, at all levels of the organization, of the impact of safety issues, whether legislative or best practice, • Leads implementation of safety policies and practices, • Ensures compliance with OSHA guidelines, • Audits and reports on safety performance to internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, • Trains staff on safety issues and programs, • Conducts accident investigations and leads corrective action implementation What skills do you have? • 3-5 years of experience in management/project management/engineering/safety/logistics or any other relevant fields, • Experience with any kind of automation is required., • Any experience within operations and/or OSHA requirements is a plus, • Spanish speaking is a plus, • Hands-on and start-up mindset. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking a top performing, self-motivated Senior FP&A Analyst with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to play a critical role as we continue to build a world-class global finance function. This role will support strategic decision making and operational efficiencies through high quality financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager, the Senior FP&A Analyst will own key aspects of monthly financial and KPI reporting, assist in maintaining and continuously improving the company operating model, and serve as finance business partner to key organizational stakeholders. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail oriented, and comfortable prioritizing multiple deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. With exposure to a wide array of areas across the business, you will acquire a robust toolkit of corporate finance skills to build relationships with business stakeholders and promote overall career growth. Qualifications for the Position • Bachelor’s degree with major in finance, accounting, or economics preferred, • 2-4 years of professional experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, public accounting and/or FP&A, • Subscription, e-commerce, and/or consumer product experience in a high growth start-up or technology company strongly preferred, • Strong three-statement financial modeling and data manipulation skills, including building bottom-up analyses from scratch; expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and G Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides), • Solid understanding of accounting principles and public company financial reporting requirements, • Experience with accounting systems, and ideally FP&A or ERP software, • Data guru with prior experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio and/or PowerBI strongly preferred, • An intellectually curious team player with a no-compromises approach to work quality, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, hands-on go-getter with the ability to build and overhaul processes, take initiative, work independently and proactively, multi-task, and remain flexible with changing priorities, • “I’ll find a way!” mindset where you can leverage your autonomy within your role to think outside the box, • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams by adapting to diverse cultural norms, respecting time zone differences, and leveraging digital collaboration tools to maintain alignment and productivity, • Skilled in building trust and fostering inclusive communication styles that support clarity, empathy, and shared goals in international work environments, • Ability and willingness to work on-site at our office in Tribeca on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays Responsibilities • Support the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and long range planning processes including partnering with teams across the company to create dynamic, driver-based budgets and forecasts, • Drive preparation of Monthly Business Reviews to present financial results, KPIs, and budget variances for key Adore Me and Victoria’s Secret leaders and stakeholders, • Collaborate with Marketing, Technology, and G&A teams to forecast, track, and analyze operating expenses and capital expenditures, • Leverage financial and operational data to build detailed reports, drive actionable strategic insights, and support business decisions, • Prepare ad hoc analyses for key stakeholders to support thoughtful and data-driven decision making, • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate reporting of financials through calculating accruals, proposing reclassifications, and performing variance analyses, • Develop expertise in financial reporting and planning tools (e.g. NetSuite and other FP&A software platforms), • Ensure the integrity and consistency of financial and operational data across various financial reporting systems and processes, • Think critically about finance processes to drive automation, efficiency, accuracy, and other improvements both near-term and long-term Compensation & Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $120,000 - $130,000. This is an exempt position. Pay is based on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
