Support the program to develop and maintain community and provider referral sources, • Attend and represent the FCNJ program at community outreach events, • Assist with mentoring, precepting, and conducting shadow visits for new nursing staff during orientation, • Assess caregiver and newborn physical health, infant attachment, intimate partner violence, substance use disorders, perinatal mood disorders, and connection to health and community services.
