This advanced practice role serves as a primary provider within a multidisciplinary cardiac critical care team and requires expertise in managing complex congenital cardiac anatomy, physiology, and post-operative cardiac surgery patients. The Pediatric Cardiac Care Center is a 16-bed acuity-adaptable unit providing advanced cardiac critical care to infants, children, adolescents, and select adults with congenital heart disease. Assignment Details • Start Date: July 20, 2026, • End Date: January 16, 2027, • Duration: 6–9 Months, • Schedule: 39 Hours Weekly, • Shift Length: 13 Hours, • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM, • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM, • Rotation: Approximately 50% Days / 50% Nights, • Weekends: As Needed, • Holidays: As Needed, • On-Call / Callback: Per Unit Requirements 📌 Facility attempts to avoid scheduling day and night shifts within the same week.
