AI Learning Strategist (L&D/LMS/LXP) Location: Hybrid – New York, NY (Tues–Thurs in office; Mon & Fri remote) Contract Must Haves • Extensive learning strategy experience., • Designing technical / AI curriculum., • Managing vendors and influencing leaders., • Evaluating courses and managing LMS (registrations, attendance, feedback)., • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and learning platforms (LMS/LXP)., • Strong collaboration skills across HR, Technology, and business leaders., • Analytical skills and ability to measure learning impact. Deal Breakers • Must have experience leading learning curriculum strategy for technical tools audiences., • Ability to create meaningful presentations to share learning strategy and progress. Expertise in: • Designing and delivering innovative learning programs in AI, digital skills, or emerging tech., • Applying adult learning, design thinking, and agile experimentation to drive engagement and results., • Managing complex projects, stakeholders, and vendor ecosystems., • Technical curiosity: Comfort with Generative AI tools, learning platforms (LMS/LXP) SuccessFactors and Sana would be a plus, and the evolving world of responsible AI., • Mindset: Insatiably curious, collaborative, creative, and eager to learn — someone who’s happy to “build it, test it, and make it better.” What You’ll Bring • Experience: 5–7 years in Learning & Development, ideally with experience supporting enterprise learning strategy ideally with some experience supporting tech and/or AI/digital transformations. Must have experience with AI (self-taught, AI curiosity and self-learning all apply as experience here). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred). Learning education also a plus. What You’ll Do • Lead and imagine: Shape the vision for enterprise AI learning aligning strategy with business priorities and values to identify partners, curate content and bring a world class the AI Academy to life., • Design and build: Create hands-on, high-impact learning experiences — from immersive workshops to digital pathways — that make AI accessible, actionable, and exciting. Ability to spark curiosity and excitement in learners through creative engagement approaches, campaigns and content curation., • Experiment and elevate: Prototype new formats, test emerging tools, and continuously refine content to keep our programs fresh, creative, and world-class., • Accelerate adoption: Develop toolkits, real-world use cases, and “AI in action” stories that inspire confidence and curiosity across all teams., • Collaborate broadly: Partner with HR, Technology, and Communications to embed AI learning into all aspects of our culture in a way that is relevant, easy to consume and engage with, relevant and also ensures responsible, human-centered adoption., • Measure what matters: Use data, feedback, and analytics to assess impact, iterate fast, and amplify what works., • Be a builder and advisor: Act as a trusted thought partner and able to interact with senior leaders, translating future-skills strategy into tangible learning outcomes.
