What You Will Do • Develop and support full-funnel media plans that integrate paid digital channels with traditional media where beneficial, creating a cohesive strategy to meet each client's unique objectives., • Collaborate with media teams to manage budgets effectively, providing thoughtful forecasting and maintaining agility to optimize campaign performance in real-time, always aligning with evolving client goals., • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, working closely with media and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive value for clients., • Lead in maintaining project organization by overseeing operational workflows, schedules, and go-to-market operations, ensuring seamless project execution and prioritization., • Engage in direct client communications to foster strong relationships, understand their evolving needs, and proactively identify growth opportunities with regular, clear updates across all touchpoints., • Show flexibility and adaptability in using preferred client platforms (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace) to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows., • Build a foundational understanding of each client's business by analyzing industry trends, target audiences, and competitive landscapes, creating a strategy that aligns with their unique market position., • Serve as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and external partners, advocating for both client needs and internal team efficiency to drive comprehensive media strategies., • 3+ years of experience in Client Strategy, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience., • You bring hands-on experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of media channels and campaign performance metrics., • You are skilled at translating campaign data into clear takeaways, helping connect strategic goals with executional outcomes., • You are proficient in managing timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and client stakeholders., • You contribute to the development of briefs and strategic decks, helping articulate insights, positioning, and performance narratives., • You collaborate across media, creative, and analytics to ensure client strategies are aligned, effective, and well-executed., • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, client-focused environment., • A commitment to curiosity and adaptability as a Continual Learner, staying at the forefront of media innovation while prioritizing client success with a Customer-Focused mindset that seeks opportunities to deliver meaningful value., • A dedication to People-Focused leadership, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth by Leading by Example and nurturing strong relationships that empower others to excel.
