With strong supply chain integration, a wide product range, and an established global warehousing and distribution network, VEVOR has built solid brand recognition in North America and Europe. As the company continues to expand from online channels into offline retail, VEVOR is now developing its physical store presence and omnichannel retail model in the U.S. market. We are currently seeking an experienced retail operations professional with a strong background in North American chain retail store management. This role will be responsible for managing store operations and supporting the company’s future store expansion plans in the U.S. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the overall daily operations of the retail store in alignment with the company’s business strategy in North America., • Drive store performance by executing sales plans, managing inventory, controlling costs, improving profitability, and ensuring operational efficiency., • Manage key store operations including sales execution, inventory control, staffing, scheduling, loss prevention, customer service, returns, and on-site operational processes., • Coordinate different functions within the store to ensure smooth collaboration across sales, warehouse, checkout, merchandising, customer service, and other operational areas., • Develop, implement, and continuously improve store operating procedures, service standards, and management processes., • Lead, manage, and develop the store team, including training, performance management, team motivation, and talent development., • Communicate and implement company culture, policies, and operational standards across the store team., • Maintain a strong brand image and build positive relationships with customers, local communities, and relevant external stakeholders., • Support future store expansion initiatives, including new store preparation, operational model replication, team setup, and store opening process improvement. Requirements • 5+ years of retail store operations or store management experience in North America, with at least 3 years in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership role., • Experience with leading North American retail chains such as Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart, Target, Costco, Sam’s Club, ALDI, Trader Joe’s, or similar retailers is highly preferred., • Strong hands-on experience in store operations, including sales management, inventory management, workforce management, loss prevention, customer service, and store KPI management., • Experience in tools, hardware, building materials, home improvement, lawn and garden, appliances, consumer electronics, or other durable goods retail categories is a plus., • Strong team leadership and people development skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing store team., • Good understanding of the North American retail market, local customer expectations, and store-level operating standards., • Experience in new store opening, store setup, multi-store operations, or regional retail expansion is highly preferred., • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and execution skills., • Results-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
