The Role: As the Director of Product, you will own the strategy and execution of our entire product organization across both the SaaS and services sides of the business. This is a true player–coach role: you’ll lead and develop a small product team (currently two direct reports) while also serving as the Product Manager/Product Owner for our SaaS platform. You’ll be responsible for defining product vision, setting roadmap priorities, and ensuring tight alignment between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams—while staying deeply hands-on with discovery, delivery, and iteration for our core software product. You’ll act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, translating business objectives into product strategy and turning customer insights into shipped outcomes.
