Position Type: Full-time position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Hourly range: $27.47 - $32.96 Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Case Manager who has experience working with formerly homeless, mentally ill single adults, families, and young adults aging out of foster care in a supportive housing environment. The Case Manager will be expected to assist this population in stabilizing their lives, maintaining their housing stability, and attaining their physical, emotional, vocational, educational, and social goals. The ideal candidate will have solid clinical knowledge as well as experience working with individuals and or families that have been impacted by mental illness, substance abuse, legal, criminal justice, and medical issues. Additionally, the Case Manager will be passionate about helping people; be a proactive and creative problem solver; and work well both as a part of an interdisciplinary team and independently. Essential Functions: • Provide integrated counseling and case management services that effectively engage residents and promote health and wellness, personal growth, and housing stability., • Collaborate with residents in the development of client-centered, recovery-oriented service plans that identify short and long-term goals., • Utilize a harm reduction approach to support a diverse caseload of formerly homeless individuals around issues of mental health and substance use., • Make referrals and serve as a liaison with various care coordination agencies, health, and mental health providers, substance use programs, and employment providers to secure services., • Actively engage residents through regular apartment visits, community outings, and escorts to appointments as needed., • Develop safety plans for residents and work with the team to de-escalate clients and collaboratively manage crises as they arise., • Assist in the development and implementation of groups and programs that are appropriate for the resident's needs and foster an inclusive, respectful community., • Develop and maintain confidential records for each resident according to the mandated schedule documenting all relevant interventions and assessments as well as correspondence with collateral services., • Collaborate with the Leasing and Compliance team to ensure housing stability., • Participate in staff and clinical meetings and individual supervision to ensure best practices in the performance of role responsibilities., • Participate in a robust training program that includes training in evidenced-based models to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients. Job Description Position Summary: The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations at Boulevard Houses, a 1,673-unit affordable housing complex. There are two Assistant General Managers assigned to the property, each playing a vital role in managing site-level operations. This position requires strong leadership, familiarity with affordable housing compliance, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional responsibilities including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and legal matters. The AGM is an integral part of the site leadership team and collaborates closely with senior management. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in day-to-day operations of the property, ensuring smooth and compliant functioning of the site. * Supervise administrative office staff and ensure adherence to company standards and procedures. * Manage access control, including preparing and updating key fob information in the security system. * Oversee all aspects of move-in and move-out scheduling and documentation. * Prepare lockout notices, implement related charges, and maintain lockout records. * Review incident reports and follow up with residents, legal, and security teams as needed. * Coordinate regularly with the Facility Manager regarding property operations and capital needs. * Ensure rent roll accuracy and proper implementation of tenant charges, including move-out billings, DNA procedure oversight, correction form submission, and arrears collection. * Track and manage contract renewals, vendor documentation, and service timelines. * Provide responsive and professional customer service to residents; resolve tenant concerns and complaints. * Conduct apartment and property inspections and ensure timely resolution of work orders and repairs. * Support Legal Coordinator with court appearances, notices, repayment agreements, and compliance with legal stipulations. * Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices. * Supervise and monitor the work order system, including Maintenance IQ. * Coordinate with bookkeeping staff to ensure accurate ledgers. * Monitor paint schedules and apartment readiness. * Enter purchase orders and monitor purchasing needs. * Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with sanitation protocols in collaboration with maintenance staff. * Alert senior management to patterns of unusual or excessive resident complaints. * Prepare Excel reports and analysis as needed. * Promote a welcoming and professional atmosphere for residents, vendors, and guests. About the Role: The Property Accountant will, under minimal supervision, perform accounting functions and duties for a portfolio of owned, managed, or joint-ventured residential properties. The Property Accountant will actively participate in the preparation of the monthly financial statements and management reports for each property.
