Please note, job responsibilities may change from time to time based on business need.Key Responsibilities: • Manage regular move-in and move-out processes, including unit inspections, tenant information collection, and deposit handling., • Utilize AppFolio to manage customer data, maintenance requests, contracts, and related issues throughout the rental process., • Assign work orders and collaborate with maintenance technicians to inspect properties, supervise repairs, and maintain property units, common areas, and amenities to fulfill tenant requests., • Communicate with landlords and vendors to advance the completion of maintenance and repair progress., • Conduct property visits to ensure all sites and communities are properly maintained and to anticipate potential issues., • Establish effective communication and maintain good relationships with tenants by addressing and resolving complaints., • Handle correspondence with vendors, owners, and other organizations to discuss and schedule minor construction issues and other matters., • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:, • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience, managing multiple apartment buildings simultaneously., • Proficiency in operating AppFolio and other management or accounting software., • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail., • Capability to visit different sites for inspections and maintain regular communication with tenants., • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing.
