Job Description As a hotel maintenance technician everyday is different and exciting. As our maintenance technician you are responsible for repairing and maintaining the hotel's physical plant by ensuring quality, cleanliness, guest satisfaction, safety and security. A major part of your job is to be pro active in identifying potential issues and alerting the General Manager so that a proper action plan can be put in place. You should be able to maintain all aspects of the common areas and guest room's areas to minimize the use of outside labor to maintain the hotel.
