    We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience and empathy. Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
