The Sales Execution Teams role is to provide all aspects of sales and administrative support to Financial Representatives to ensure that their focus remains on revenue generating activities. Ongoing support to continue to build their business will also be provided. Job Description Specific responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Administrative Support • Input all required information into our CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics)., • Run reporting, CVV reports and In-Force Illustrations., • Process Policy Changes & send documents for DocuSign., • Process Beneficiary Changes & send documents for DocuSign., • Prep Policy Delivery Acknowledgement (PDA) & required documents for DocuSign., • Send out Online Medical History Questionnaire (oMHQ) requests., • Pre-fill client applications & send for DocuSign., • Submit applications & corresponding documents to the corporate Home Office., • Send in required supplemental documents to the corporate Underwriting Team., • Schedule client Medical exams & coordinate with servicing Financial Representative., • Coordinate with Financial Representatives to help usher the Client through the Underwriting process, including HIPPA requests., • Track and publish a Daily Sales Report (DSR) to assist Financial Representatives with case tracking., • Ensure cases are Commission Authorized (CAd) in a timely manner., • Create and distribute Approved VS Applied breakdown on all policies., • Submit case prep/planning work requests to the corporate Financial Planning team., • Coordinate with the Financial Planning Associate to ensure all closing meeting materials are prepared in a timely manner., • Coordinate opening of Investment Accounts in NetX360., • Serve as the back-up to our Client Relationship Center (CRC). Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in Sales Support/Financial Services. Life, Accident & Health Licensed (or completed within 90 days of hire). Must be quality focused, detail oriented and able to prioritize requests to meet shifting deadlines. Strong computer and keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of management. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
